<li style="text-align:justify">Customers must provide accurate and complete information when making a booking.</li>
<li style="text-align:justify">Cancellations and changes to bookings may incur fees and are subject to the provider's policies.</li>
<li style="text-align:justify">Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon (one night deposit for each room).</li>
<li style="text-align:justify">One Peak is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from external factors beyond our control.</li>
<li style="text-align:justify">Travel documents, including passports and visas, are the responsibility of the customer.</li>
<li style="text-align:justify">If you using our website, you agree to our privacy policy regarding personal data.</li>
<li style="text-align:justify">One Peak reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.</li>
